He is smart. He is charming. This is Dexter Morgan, America’s favorite serial killer, who solves crimes by day and commits crimes by night. In season 8, Angel Batista was not always played by David Zayas. His son, David Zayas, Jr., replaces his father in some scenes, as they are very similar. Visible throughout the first season, Dexter has a large scar on his left side. Later, in the second season, the scar moved to the right side, leaving the left side unnoticed.
